Fan Club Meeting In Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV. - - The Jeff Gordon National Fan Club organizes four fan club meetings during the year where Jeff Gordon speaks with fans, signs autographs, and poses for pictures. The first event was held at Daytona in February. The second was held on Thursday, March 2 at the Lied Discovery Museum on the Las Vegas Strip. Future events will be held at Pocono in June and Charlotte in October.

To attend the fan club meeting, members entered a lottery drawing which was held earlier in the year. Since not all requests can be fulfilled, the winners selected were notified in advance about the Las Vegas meeting with the three-time Winston Cup champion.

Comments on the event:

Sandy and George Champlin - Event Hosts
"The group was the most well mannered, courteous and enthusiastic that we have had the honor of hosting. It is a real treat for us to share in their excitement. To our knowledge Jeff is the only Winston Cup driver to make this kind of effort to meet with his fans in such a personal manner and it sure is appreciated by all of us. We are all just so proud to be his fans."

Aurora and Carl Wright
"We just wanted to say thank you to Jeff for having a meeting with his fan club at Las Vegas. It was our first time and it was great. There were 250 fans in attendance. An auction of some of Jeff's memorabilia was held before the meeting registration at 5:00 pm. They had a raffle of some of his stuff during the meeting while Jeff signed any licensed memorabilia for those in attendance. Refreshments were served (chocolate chip cookies....yummie!). My husband took pictures, but the film broke in his camera and we lost everything. Thanks to everyone for their participation last Thursday. It was a very well organized event."
