WILMINGTON, DE.- - Ever since Jeff Gordon first broke
into Winston Cup racing in November 1992, DuPont Automotive Finishes
has been the "primary" sponsor on the car. Hence the rainbow theme.
For 1999, associate sponsorship comes from Pepsi,
Quaker State, GMAC, Advance Auto Parts,
SDRC's I-Deas, and Pedigree among others. On the rear decklid this season, other aspects of the
DuPont company will be promoted.
